The rooms are nice and we booked two rooms as a party of 4 and it had a connected door which was cool. Beds are comfortable and you have Netflix which you can sign into if you want. Rooms are clean. The breakfast was very limited, barely any options and for €16 euros just not worth it at all. Also the staff were nice but could’ve been more helpful. We initially thought there wasn’t a usb port and forgot our eu plugs, we asked front staff if there is usb port and he said no and advised we go to the shop across road where we got a eu plug and then come back to the room and saw a tiny usb c port. Perhaps he didn’t know since this place is being renovated, but then following morning breakfast no one greeted us for breakfast and we assumed we had it included. So we went in, it was not until we were finished barely eating that she checked and confirmed we did not have breakfast. If someone had just checked before we sat down, we wouldn’t have had the breakfast and it was even more frustrating because we barely ate anything as it was very limited like the only egg was boiled and you had to boil yourself. It would’ve been nice to have at least scrambled eggs. Other than that, the hotel is just a 30-40 min journey out from central on bus but it was easy to travel from as the bus stops were literally close by. Also shops nearby which is handy. I think the let down a bit was the unnecessary expenses that would’ve been avoided if the staff just helped better.

I’m not incredibly picky, but this hotel is just barely ok. I like that it’s accessible to public transport. There is no AC, which is normal at a lot of hotels. The problem is that it’s also too loud to leave the windows open, so it’s incredibly stuffy. There were heat advisories during the time of my stay, so maybe it’s not always so uncomfortable. The room was clean and the breakfast is good if you get there early enough. I waited until the last hour of breakfast one day and didn’t have much to choose from, but when I went early, it was nice. On the last night of our stay, the fire alarms went off, which actually took us until we smelled smoke to notice because the street was so loud. We evacuated to the ground floor while a fire team took care of the issue, but there was no announcement or information from the hotel. When they cleared the smoke, we were allowed to go back to our room but didn’t have electricity for a long time. None of this was the hotel’s fault, but everyone was confused and there was no communication happening except among guests. We were all trying to find second languages in common to speak to one another to try and discover what was going on. I got most of my information from French speakers who also spoke Spanish (because they could understand the firefighters). It would have been nice for the hotel to have made an announcement. I’ve stayed at a lot of hostels and I think I’d just go with one of those next time before booking this hotel again.

Hotel is going through a refurbishment. Which is fine but due to this there is no air conditioning. Asked if they had a fan but receptionist said No and didn’t care at all. When I said is this good for your clients she shrugged her shoulders. It was 35 degrees and room was super hot. Ended up buying my own fan from a shop across from the hotel. Check before you book if the AC is working. If not avoid and stay elsewhere.

While there the aircon was not working, its due to be back on in july sometime so you would think that they would make other previsions. when i asked if thete was a fan available i was abruprly told NO. The room wasnt too bad but i had to ask for them to replenish the soap as the left it empty. Overall not a pleasent stay.

So many bugs and mosquitoes swarming the hotel room. Baking hot, there is 0 air conditioning, it feels like a hotbox. They give you one key even if your with two people and you cant get in the elevator without it, so its one person out at a time. The shower has no door so the bathroom becomes a foot deep pool. Terrible hotel.

Als ich beim Hotel angekommen bin musste ich erst das Personal ansprechen bevor ich einchecken konnte. Samstag als Paris die Champions League gewonnen hatte und ich nach schrecklicher Todesangst erst um kurz vor Mitternacht wieder im Zimmer war (da kein einziger Bus gefahren ist…) wurde ich wachgehalten durch ständiges gehupe und gejaule sodass ich kaum ein Auge zu bekam dank der fehlenden Geräuschunterdrückung im Hotel. Der einzige Lob den ich habe war das Putzpersonal was mein Zimmer jeden Tag sauber gehalten hatte. Außerdem braucht man bis zum Eiffelturm fast schon 1 Stunde mit Bus und Metro. Und das ständige Bohren als ich gestern im Hotel entspannen wollte hat mich auch extremst gestört.

Loved the breakfast. Hotel overall was clean and quiet. Staff were really helpful (specially Mustafa), bus stop right in the front made it easier to travel anywhere. Tram stop is a few mins walk as well. Eiffel Tower takes about 30 mins with a bus and a train ride. Room we had was smaller than we expected but it worked out fine. Worth the money we spent.

Séjour des 3 jours dans 2 chambres. Aucune pression d 'eau dans les douches, dans les lavabos, idem pour les WC. Pommes de douches et robinets entartrés, et impossibilité d'obtenir des factures avec le même montant que les dépenses effectuées (chgt de logiciel de l'hotel), factures demandées durant 2 jours pour au final n'avoir toujours rien correspondant à la première chambre, catastrophique pour les frais avec mon employeur
