「Pas d eau chaude le matin ,cafetière entartrées,porte du couloir grinçant à 3?heures du matin」

「Very tired hotel and not up to the usual standard of Kyriad Hotels. Restaurant closed. Small shabby room. Mold in bathroom. Dirty walls in bedroom. However, staff excellent.」

「I have stayed here several times, and compared to other hotels in Paris, I think this hotel offers great value for money. Despite being reasonably priced, the facilities are well maintained and the hotel is very clean. This time, perhaps because there was availability, they even upgraded my room for free. The staff were also very kind and helpful. I will definitely stay here again in the future.」

「None of staff is always in the lobby. It’s rediculous service for such expensive price. Being unable to lock the door from inside did invade customer’s privacy only for hotel’s convenience of house keeping. The table in my room was very dirty but wasn’t cleaned at all every time. About anything, it worthwhile staying.」
