"The host was incredibly kind, always made sure I was stocked on the basics. I had to be in the area for work and there aren't a lot of hotel options in the area, so I feel like I lucked out with this one. The room was very clean, wifi worked great, and was very comfortable. there was a water kettle in room; AC/Heat; very clean bathroom; beautiful skylights and very comfortable bed. "Beautiful property! Is exactly how the pictures represent! At the end is a quiet street. Good parking we parked two 9 passenger vans in the drive. Having a toilette and shower in every room made it perfect for our group of 13. Very comfortable. My only disappointment was that the A/C barely worked with request not to touch the temperature. The house did not offer any portable fans that we could find. Also, it was represented that there was laundry available, we could not find a washing machine....

"Booked in advance for this stay during a visit to watch the Olympics. Arrived at the hotel 6pm on a Saturday evening, the opening weekend of Olympics. We had been travelling for over 16 hours with some travel delays. Greeted by host eventually who appeared from behind a tall secure closed gate to be told there were no rooms. Host shrugged and pretended not to understand that we may not be able to find somewhere else due to Olympic event. Host implied she wasn’t even aware the Olympics...

"Travelling to and from metro to the property is not safe at night. there is a square where a few group people watching you when ever you pass that area. therefore we tried to come home before night and not travel at night. due to this I have to booked a night at van de Europa to watch the fire works at the Disneyland. it is cost extra for us when we are thought we can travel from our property. "
