「One of my favorite hotels」

「The staff I met at check-in was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I like having a room with the door to the outside, and my car parked directly in front of the room. Super easy place to have my dog, with lots of green space and an easy walk to a park. Great place if you just want a clean, comfortable, affordable place to stay. I didn't try their breakfast bar. 」

「Rooms very rundown. Staff not helpful. Charged my card before I arrived when it was supposed to be at the end of the stay. Breakfast hours were terrible. Couldn’t park in the tiny parking lot. 」

「Room not cleaned, motel ran out of shampoo. Didn’t even seem to perturbed about running out of shampoo on a long weekend, fully booked! Unimpressed.」

「Housekeeping and staff are excellent. Breakfast included yogurt, bread, fruit, eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, and coffee to enjoy the meal. There is a washer and dryer. We had a comfortable stay.」

「The hotel and rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable. Loved the swimming pool and hot tub. The swimming pool room was really nice and warm . had a tropical feel to it and the shower for the pool had nice hot water so you were comfortable showering before entering the pool. The breakfast was the only disappointment. The only hot food was waffles, no eggs or bacon/sausage. Maybe it was offseason... Don't know. Other than the breakfast our stay was great.」

「Room was clean, towels fresh and white, and the lake view was amazing. Staff was polite and explained payment issues clearly. However, multiple charges after checkout were stressful, and I’m still waiting for 2 refunds 5 days later. I was charged almost $1200 instead of $167 + $167 for 2 rooms. 」

「Very clean, comfortable room. The pool, hot tub and exercise room were clean and well maintained. Complimentary breakfast buffet with a variety of hot and cold foods was amazing! At check in was prompt friendly service with all facility information. Very impressed with all staff encountered! We will definitely reserve a room. at the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Red Deer again! 」

「The staff were lovely but the room itself was not great. I had a run/race in Red Deer so I was hoping to get a good nights sleep the night before. The bed had a big lump in the middle of it which made it difficult to sleep on, you heard everything that was happening in the other rooms next to my room and the cleaners or fresheners they used were extremely pungent. I hope they at least replace the beds. It was rough!」

「The neighbouring room left the bathroom fan on all night which was very loud in our room. And woke up the Sunday morning to the bed covered in spiders.」
