Great views of Nashville from the 11th floor lobby. Included breakfast is very good. Parking rates are atrocious though, but according to my daughter, normal for the city.」
「This hotel just opened in June, 2025 but you would not know that. The staff exuded excellence from the moment we pulled up to time of our departure. The hotel room was spacious and very beautiful.
My only complaint and it is tiny, charging $5.00 for a can of soda in the hotel bar. Now if it was fountain soda I would understand a bit more. But for a can of soda, a bit much. 」

「It was a great 2 bedroom apartment to get away and relax a little. The only bad thing about our stay is that it's confusing where it is exactly and poor signage for parking. The answered my questions right away with accurate answers. I would stay here again. 」
「Lovey Jones at the front desk was exceptional. She is a credit to the hotel. All the staff was very nice, but Lovey went out of her way to assist our travel companions. It was really nice.
I will say there was a small incident as we were leaving. There is a small step outside the hotel exit to where the valet brings your vehicle. The caution tape has worn off, and I missed that step and fell. I would recommend painting that step a bright yellow and perhaps installing a small railing.」
"The room is spacy enough and clean.
There are two units of self laundry machine but no laundry and dry cleaning service.
It is not far away from downtown if you use your car or rideshare apps. But I like to avoid the walking in the night from downtown.
Breakfast are not hotel grade. They use paper plates and plastic cutleries. Only omlet fits my taste.
It is good if you are student or big family who need to save money. If you are on bussiness trip, you should ask your employer to pay more."
