We received the notice that there were no longer single used plastic shampoo/conditioner, bottles, which was fine. However, we were very surprised that there was no shampoo/conditioner/body wash at all. We expected that there would be multi use items attached to the wall.
That was a miss as far as communication goes.
Was also concerned about safety/security, recognizing there is no obstacle for anyone to enter the hotel guest levels. The elevators were not protected by a key card to go up to guest rooms. You could go directly from the street up to guest level with never encountering a staff member.

Everything about Paradox Hotel Vancouver exceeded my expectations. From the welcoming staff to the spotless room and stunning atmosphere, every detail felt thoughtfully done. The downtown location is perfect, and the service made the stay truly special. Highly recommend.
