「Room was slightly slightly dated but perfectly functionable. Breakfast had lots of choice, and pool area was very nice. Access to the hotel is quite steep but still doesn’t take too long to get to the beach. Would recommend/stay again. 」

「The staff were extremely professional and helpful. Always with a smile and went out of their way to ensure you had a good stay. The rooms, pool, breakfast areas are spotlessly clean with excellent accommodating cleaners. Everything within easy walking distance. A really lovely vacation.」

「宿泊施設の性格上、長期滞在者が多いようで、特にドイツ語圏の方が多かったです。レストランで朝食を摂っていると「ここはドイツか？」と思うくらいドイツ語が耳に入ってきました。レストランで受付兼ウェイトレスをされているおばちゃんが「カリメーラ（おはよう）」とにこやかに挨拶してくださるのが非常に心地よかったです。クレタ島を後にする朝には「今日は最終日ね」と英語で寂しそうに声をかけて下さったときには、こちらも少し寂しく感じました。本当に朝食の時にしか会わなかったのですが・・・。ホテルのロケーションも繁華街（？）から少し離れていて静かでよかったです。海水浴シーズンからは少しずれていたので遊泳はしませんでしたが、海水浴場も目と鼻の先なので海水浴シーズンに訪れるとにぎやかなのもしれません。」

「I keep returning to this hotel as location is great, bus service great and warm and friendly staff. The rooms are large and well equiped. You can walk straight onto rhe beach and transport to Chania or Kolmbari is excellent. You can walk along the beach for miles. Very relaxing location. Easy to get to the airport. What is not to like? Shout out to Yanis. Kind and generous. We shared Raki together. 」

「たまたまですが、隣接のクレタン ドリーム ロイヤル ・スイートのプライベートプール付きのスイートルームにアップグレードしてもらい、最高の時間を過ごせました。 部屋のクリーニングの際には、毎朝ベッドにタオルアートを施していただいたり、ホスピタリティが最高でした。またクレタに旅行に来訪の際には滞在したいと思います。お薦めのホテルです。」
