We found the staff very friendly and the apartments very comfortable and excellent value. The position of the hotel by a small harbour was very pretty and it was very easy to go either into the town or explore the countryside. Our favourite part of the hotel was the pool which was very attractive indeed and easy to access from the apartments. There were shady and sunny areas by the pool.

Very Poor wi fi , 2 star hotel but all ok

Ok hotel and friendly hotel staff . Pity the restaurant is separate so you have to pay separately each time you have anything . Internet worse than poor so as long as you don’t need wi fi it’s ok . Small Pool ok especially for young kids . Nice beaches 5 mins drive . Bus to Chania is 20 mins and regular . Personally I’d stay somewhere closer to town . And with good internet .

A very friendly hotel. Food was great and not expensive. Room was big for two and had a fridge, sink etc. Shower was small but adequate. Hotel is positioned about 4km’s from Chania. We walked it twice on a dry sunny day and bused in, in the evenings. Lovely pool but very cold in October. The little shop sold all essentials. We would stay here again.

Be warned that rooms by the road are terribly loud. Cars operate all night. Sofa beds are uncomfortable and for those under 5’ 10”. I moved to another hotel after a sleepless night. Owner would not refund future nights. Would not recommend.

The hotel had a band playing insanely loud music until 10:30pm. On top of that, we had to do our bed (they just leave the bedsheets in the room). We also paid extra to have an ocean view, but they didn't mention that ocean facing rooms are meters away from a busy avenue.

The staff were lovely and the room was very clean. However, the wifi didn’t work well at all, we couldn’t stream any videos and also the AC unit leaked water all night, the bed was broken, the bathroom shelf broke during our stay and the toilet had water keep running after flushing. The room was very old, I would recommend the hotel if the room was fixed, renovated and the wifi was as better, but because it was so old and run down, I cannot recommend this hotel.

A day after making a reservation for 2 nights, I asked the hotel reception to extend my stay 1 night more. They say OK. After checking in the told me that i have to move from the first room i got to another one. This was not mentioned when they confirmed the extension.

Hôtel un peu excentré de La Canée qui évite le tumulte de la ville, il est face à la mer et offre un accès rapide aux plages. Belle piscine. Les appartements sont très bien équipés. La literie est très confortable et offre un couchage King size. L'accueil est parfait, l'équipe est au petit soin pour vous et rend le séjour très agréable. Ne cherchez pas où aller dîner, le restaurant est au Top. Plats excellents et très bon marché, les dakos et le stifado sont parfaits.

Porto kalamaki hotell

Underbart hotell! Fina och rena rum, trevlig personal, härligt läge och roliga evenemang på kvällarna. Dessutom väldigt god mat, passat med andra ord barnfamiljer men också par. Resan till Chania stad är smidig med buss, men går också bra att ta en långpromenad till staden. Otroligt fräscht, rekommenderar starkt!
