「We absolutely loved staying here. The cabin is secluded and quiet but easy to get to, as the road is well maintained. The cabin and furnishings are all cozy and very clean, we were so comfortable. The hot tub was a nice touch and was the highlight for our older child. The host was so kind and helpful and offered us lots of information on things to do nearby, and there is alot to do nearby! We would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.」

「We had a lovely time at this property, just what we were looking forward. Quite, relaxing but still close to attractions and activities!. The property owner had amazing communication with any of the questions my husband and I had. Our dogs loved the fenced in acre to run while my husband and I enjoyed the hammocks reading books. The stars at night were very bright and you can actually see the Milky Way. A true dark community!!! The griddle inside was perfect for breakfast and I can imagine...

「Great experience overall. I highly recommend it. The grand canyon is about 50 minutes away. We had a high wind advisory of 60mph winds which knocked stuff over and even broke some things outside. We moved stuff behind the cabin to avoid further damage. The trash from the previous visitor was dumped on the ground from the wind before we got there. I noticed a plastic taste in the water which makes sense since the water is trucked in from some where and stored in ground. Much construction looked...

「We stayed here with our family of 6 for two nights and it was the perfect size. It is quiet, everything is well-maintained and it is a great place to crash after spending the day at the Grand Canyon. It is rural and high efficient, so be aware it has internet, but it was sometimes better to just use our cell phone service and the water pressure is low in the sinks (the shower was okay). The property managers were great and very clear in their instructions and communication was never a problem.」

「Lovely little cabin/tiny house. However, I’m not sure how 8 people could comfortably maneuver. The kitchen area was extremely small and would have been difficult to seat/feed even 4 people. Perfect size for two! The location is perfect for exploring the south rim of the Grand Canyon. And, the house is located in the middle of nowhere so no light pollution - clear breathtaking starry nights! Only complaint - why no paper towels? That seems like a fairly easy convenience to provide.」

「We do allot of traveling and Sharon and Franks place was by far the best! I wish i could give more than a five star! The cabin was wonderfully stocked and beautifully decorated! It was perfect! Loved sitting on the bench by the cliff having our morning coffee and in the evening sitting on the back deck listening to the Grest Horned Owls!! We loved “ going home” at the end of the day! Will be back !!! ❤️」

「The property is beautiful and as advertised. My only problem was not able to take a hot shower. We didn't shower the first night to help them conserve water because of a sign on property asking for conservation of water of where we could. I am very familiar with using facilities with a tankless hot water heater as this one had for I have them in my home. I ran the water for at least 10 to 15 min trying to get it hot but to the best I could get was lukewarm. Interesting the kitchen sink put out...

「This awesome glamping tent setup made for a magic night on the Arizona plains. We got in super late but Jordon had helpfully sent through all the required information and the tent was perfect. We had a cold night (below freezing) but the quilt and heater kept the tent warm and cosy. Brilliant location for stargazing and check out the birds of prey show in the nearby campsite.」

「The house was as shown in the photos except for the siding that was missing on one patch on the side of the house. It is pricey for only 2 people considering the house was in a repair state but a family with a lot of kids would definitely get full value out of the space. The overhead loft is only about 4' to the ceiling, so better for wee ones. There was a ton of emails sent from the manager/s of the property; somewhat excessive.
