「S」

「The staff was very helpful. Our room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was very good.」

「This property is fairly new, well maintained, great amenities and a friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend to anyone and would stay there again, hopefully soon.」

「Great service and hotel」

「Room had a bit of wet spot but overall, a good experience.」

「Our bathroom was dirty upon arrival, we asked for room service and did not receive it.」

「Overpriced for Syracuse family weekend. This is a $150-$200 room value at best and it was fine for that, but we paid over $650.」

「I stayed two nights. A nice view from the road to hotel. Getting off taxi and went into entrance, you can see a pretty courtyard from reception. Room was not so large but comfortable and good enough to me. You can buy some drink and food at the reception counter. It was convenient. Jacuzzi seemed to be nice. There is a loundry machine. There are a few restaurants around the hotel. Those are fine, I like steak at Ruby Tueseday very much. Though I did not care at all, but some may care....

「This property is pretty clean and tidy every time I visit here. Complimentary breakfast is also great fun to visit.」

「light in bathroom not working & bathtub had chips in tub」

「Rudest staff i have ever encountered.」
