「ベッドが非常に寝やすい」

「Great service and hotel」

「Overpriced for Syracuse family weekend. This is a $150-$200 room value at best and it was fine for that, but we paid over $650.」

「ホテルはなかなか良かったです。」

「I requested an accessible room, which I received upon check-in. The room was clean to the point of immaculate and spotless. However, the conditioner dispenser in the shower was broken, and the body lotion dispenser was removed from the bathroom wall. The door for the in-room fridge was warped on the bottom and did not close properly, so I propped an ottoman against it to keep it shut and cold. Danielle at the front desk checked me in and was most helpful in addressing the room concerns...

「light in bathroom not working & bathtub had chips in tub」

「I stayed two nights. A nice view from the road to hotel. Getting off taxi and went into entrance, you can see a pretty courtyard from reception. Room was not so large but comfortable and good enough to me. You can buy some drink and food at the reception counter. It was convenient. Jacuzzi seemed to be nice. There is a loundry machine. There are a few restaurants around the hotel. Those are fine, I like steak at Ruby Tueseday very much. Though I did not care at all, but some may care....

「The front desk staff was not engaging, on their phones while checking in customers. Main hallway and elevators were dirty as well as the bathtub.」

「I liked the room setup, it was clean and confortable to stay in. The free breakfast in the morning offers a good start for the day.」

「Do not go. Dirty and gross. Checked out the night I checked in」

「This property is pretty clean and tidy every time I visit here. Complimentary breakfast is also great fun to visit.」

「Property was very nice and our room was great.」

「The hotel smelled like Indian food. The carpet in the room was pretty stained. The window sashes literally fell out of the window. I guess I got what I paid for.」
