"We had the most wonderful trip to Puno and Lake Titicaca and mostly because we had Lucy as our host! She helped arrange transportation from the airport and were dropped off to her front door where she was waiting to greet us. The house is very clean and we had all the amenities we needed for our stay. We traveled as a group of 4 and the house accommodated us perfectly. "The hotel is in a great location. Nice spacious rooms and bathroom. Clean. But the best thing is the staff. Super helpful and go above and beyond. The atm opp the hotel took my debit card and the staff did everything they cpuld to help me retrieve it. Thank you!"
