"Clean room and friendly staff. It is close to restaurants and a Lawson. It is a bit of a walk to to get to the airport with the train and monorail. Easy check in and checkout process. They had luggage carts available for use. They were able to hold our luggage after checkout until we can check them into our flight. "

"There’s a metro station across from the hotel which was very convenient. The hotel also has restaurants and a Family Mart which came in handy for late snacks or early morning coffee. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The shuttle service to the Disney parks was great. "

"While the room size was just sufficient for our luggage, we found the laundry facilities lacking; the dryers were ineffective, forcing us to air-dry damp clothes in our room. However, despite these minor inconveniences, the overall service was exceptional. The hotel location is near the train station thus making our trips to and from Shibuya very easy. There will be a next time for us to book in this hotel."

"Lovely hotel, modern rooms with large comfy beds. The staff were all fantastic and really made experience here as brilliant as it was. Would recommend as a base for Disney or business in Tokyo Bay. A little far as a base for Tokyo but would suit if adding a day or two to a trip. "

"The breakfast was very good. But very crowded. A note to people to familiar with making a reservation. First thing in the morning scan the QR code and you will be assigned a time. Note at 6:30 am I was given 7;15. I saw many people not realizing this scanning. And to be honest half the staff told us you do not need a reservation.
