「Friendly staff」

「家族で1泊利用。フレンドリーなスタッフ、新しくて清潔な部屋に不満はありません。 しかし街中にあるせいで、夜遅くまで暴走族が周囲を走り周り、ひどい騒音だった。 」

「Lil rough around the edges but unit was clean, smelled good, bed had no bugs, unit had no bugs! I would 100 stay here again- gym was very equipped! Taco Bell is a calling distance and I mean like 2 second walk. Bed was actuallly comfortable too, also more than 1 pillow. 」

「Easy to access and the parking was notably conveniently easy. It wasn’t quite as close/accessible to the University of Cincinnati as I was hoping (about a 35 min walk to the building I needed), the bathroom faucet sprays a bit weird, there wasn’t any dishwasher pods/liquid, and the AC units are super loud—but everything important was thought-out and nice! The unit was well-kept and comfy!」

「We had a wonderful Christmas stay at the house. The house was decorated beautifully and there was every amenity we could ask for. The beds were all super comfortable, and there were plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. We walked to the zoo for the Festival of Lights and overall had a wonderful stay. Kris could not have been more welcoming or responsive. 12/10 experience.」
