The owner welcomed us daily, and the staff is an absolute plus. It was a very kind and warm experience that made this hotel stand out. I highly recommend it if you visit the region."

If you were eating out, then the local options are more limited, but it's a 20 mins walk to the historical centre of Rouen."

"Great staff, very economical, good size room with comfortable bed and nice shower/bath. Kitchen and fridge were helpful. Good views, 7th floor. Docks shopping complex, train station, canals all close by. Parking is paid underground across the street from the hotel. 10€ per day. Only downside is the Outside of hotel gets a bit trashy and dirty. Between the smokers, trash and urban outdoorsmen.
