Facilities in the room were also great with the kitchenette and the hotel was so close to the train and bus stations.

Table football, electric darts and games/chill out area with bean bags and books is great for kids.
Breakfast was very good but a bit expensive.

"Superb self-catering apartment with a nearby Carrefour Express mini-mart. Splendidly clean and quiet, with air-con and balcony.
If you were eating out, then the local options are more limited, but it's a 20 mins walk to the historical centre of Rouen."

"Very nice hotel, with great and friendly services. Parking lot small, but there's a parking garage right behind the hotel and it's very decently priced. "
"Great staff, very economical, good size room with comfortable bed and nice shower/bath. Kitchen and fridge were helpful. Good views, 7th floor. Docks shopping complex, train station, canals all close by. Parking is paid underground across the street from the hotel. 10€ per day. Only downside is the Outside of hotel gets a bit trashy and dirty. Between the smokers, trash and urban outdoorsmen.
