"The hotel is very beautiful and has amazing facilities, but unfortunately it feels like it’s lacking maintenance. The floors and walls looked dirty and stained in several areas. Personally, this experience was very disappointing because I had stayed here about four years ago and absolutely loved it. I came back with that same excitement, expecting another great weekend with my wife. Back then, I remember being welcomed warmly, offered a bottle of water, and receiving great attention from the bellboy and staff. This time was completely different. The bellboy barely acknowledged us, and I practically had to get him up from his chair. At the lobby, there was only one receptionist handling a huge line, and I waited more than 30 minutes just to check in. Then my reservation could not be found because someone had made a mistake with the booking process. It was a complete mess. Everywhere we went, the service was extremely slow. Even at the bars, I had to wait over 30 minutes just to get a beer. I honestly don’t know what happened to this place because it is truly beautiful. My expectations were very high based on my previous experience, but this time it turned into a horrible experience for me."

"The property was very clean, comfortable; excellent to enjoy a beautiful and amarizing view, and the staff is really supportive. The front desk ckerk Angie, was really attentive. I am recommend this place for those who hate crowded and noisy places. For sure, I plan to return for another enjoyable vacation."
