"I was careful to ask for a handicapped room with pull bars and walk in shower. I’m on a wheelchair so that’s very important. 1st night all they had was a standard room . I had already paid and done in advance. It was unacceptable. Moved the 2nd night pull bars but not a walk in shower as promised. Bed was terrible. We checked out before the last night. Unreal the lack of care and attention. I will never stay in this brand hotel again."

The bathroom floor was sticky. The staff was not very friendly. The price was pretty reasonable but we were not very pleased with our stay at this hotel. "
