Easy and convenient

Clean room, very comfortable, only thing was I booked a king room but the front desk gave my room away so they gave me a double bed room instead

The owner Ankur was amazing! He goes above and beyond to make sure his guests feel welcomed. I am a travel nurse so I am always concerned with safety. The area was quiet and I felt very safe. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I didn’t partake in the continental breakfast much, because I am limited on carbohydrates. I was disappointed that they didn’t have fresh apples and bananas. But overall it was a GREAT STAY, and I will definitely be back.

The great thing about the hotel is that the area was extremely quiet. It was very close to the location I was working from so that was a plus. The hotel wasn’t the cleanest (as it refers to do cleaning type things - walls, baseboards, bathroom, etc). The staff was okay but there was a period when I visited front and went back to my room to call and couldn’t reach anyone for a bit. Otherwise, it was okay for the price we paid. I’d probably stay again if I’m in the area and the other nearby hotels aren’t available.

First, the price was amazing for the experience we got. We were in a little bit of a slump and had already stayed at another hotel around, which was absolutely awful & for the same amount. At the price we paid online to book here, I honestly didnt have high expectations but this Quality Inn and the staff truly surprised me with their friendliness and accommodating services!! And that can be hard to do for me lol. Very safe and quiet location as well. Oh and their continental breakfast was a heaven sent considering no one around here seems to do that anymore; and they don’t even advertise that on Expedia so I was pleasantly surprised! Mahi and Mick the managers, were A-1 and so hospitable! Thanks guys!

One wall of the room did not have power to the lights / outlets. I had to complain twice before it got fixed. Room was not the cleanest, with debris up against some walls, and a hair in the shower and sink. Bedding was a bit worn, but clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Slept well. Room very much needs some renovation, as it is showing its age.

Dissatisfied

Immediately upon entering the room smelled musty like mildew. Things were just in general disrepair and did not seem to have been thoroughly cleaned. Hairs noted in the bathroom, the sink and the tub toothpaste on the countertop and the phone didn’t work and looked to be 50 years old. There was no remote when I arrived. The staff quickly brought a remote, but it had no back to hold the batteries in. I would encourage Quality Inn representatives to take a visit because I would be embarrassed to have this hotel represent my company. I have stayed in that hotel several years ago and it was not in this condition then. Staff was friendly.

The property was excellent, however, the room was not up to my previous expectations for this brand. There was no trash can, the clock radio didn't work and there were no instructions on how to set the alarm so I used my cell phone. There was no logical place to plug in my computer at the table and the office chair had lots of scratch marks from a cat (I know because I have a cat) The floor was sticky for my slippers and needed to be mopped clean.
