"The location is okay being next to subway. Even though rural area, the hotel is clean, no smell of smoking, and especially manager was super nice. We came from usa and he helped us out and all. Subway is walkable, so u can go everywhere if u know how to use subway. "

"깨끗하고 아늑한 공간의 호텔이에요. 룸 크기는 작았지만 불편함 없었고 담배 냄새도 안나 쾌적하고 아늑해서 더 좋았어요. 짐 보관 서비스도 좋았고 지하 라운지에서 라면도 먹고 커피도 마실 수 있어 편리했어요. 프론트 언니도 너무 친절했어서 기분 좋게 이용했네요. 다음날 성수역 가야했는데 교통편도 좋아서 위치상으로도 너무 만족스러웠습니다. 다음번에도 이 근처 온다면 또 이용하고 싶어요! "

"There is a big sign outside that says ‘Grand Opening’. Not a chance, way too many things look worn and poorly maintained inside the room. It was also clear that the housekeeping crew was doing the bare minimum. Twice they left behind dirty towels (ones they had used, not mine) and my sheets were not changed once in the entire 6 night stay (no signage indicating they have eco-friendly policies). "キオスク端末でスムーズなチェックインができました。また、チェックアウトはキーを回収箱にいれるだけなのでこちらもとても簡単でした。ロケーションは主要駅に近く、またホテルのとなりにはコンビニもあります。しかし部屋の中は常にエレベーターのアナウンスが聞こえていました。"

"Our private Booked room was given to other people. After waiting 45 minutes Then we were sent to a new hostel with same owners (its almost 1 am now) to then be given a room with dirty bedding covered in pubes a mysterious brown stain and cockroaches in the corner. Not to mention the no WiFi and smoking smells…. "
