"Great location and our room was huge with very tall ceilings"

"Stayed for 4 nights and have no major complaints. The hotel was very busy due to hosting conventions, but the staff were still very responsive and available. Our room was always cleaned thoroughly and on time. The pool was great and the kids used it every day. We paid extra for the breakfast and while it wasn’t mind blowing it was quite good and convenient, and worth the cost. The weekday breakfast worker, Guy, was such a friendly and memorable character, and was full of helpful advice for newcomers to the city. The hotel itself was conveniently located and we made a lot of use of the connected Bonaventure subway station. Overall it was a great stay and I’d definitely go back. And if I had to make any suggestion at all, it felt like there needed to be more hooks to hang jackets or clothing, especially in the bathroom. It’s a minor issue but I just figured I’d mention it somewhere."

"Amazing staff. Clean room. Cute hotel. Had a great stay and super close to the airport. It is also really cool they have an outdoor year round synthetic skating rink. Recommend staying here. "

"We were happy with our stay here. Breakfast was basic but it was good and frequently replenished. Rooms were clean and quiet but beds were a bit uncomfortable due to being too hard. Really appreciated the water dispensers on all of the ice machines. "

"It is hard to review a property under such renovations : nothing from the lobby to the dining room to the common area to the main entrance was available or in sharp condition. That said, the room was perfectly clean and the bed comfortable, but... there were no curtains to block the daylight. What is the use of decorative curtains that can't slide in front of the window ?"

"Really appreciated having the free breakfast and access tea and coffee all day The room was looking a little tired The bathroom tub had some damage to it and probably needs to be fixed The shower spout was coming off the wall, so maybe someone can have a look at that But overall great location great value"
