「The chalet was clean and comfortable and in a lovely peaceful and picturesque location. However we did have a problem with the bathroom door as lock was lose and on occasions we couldn't get out of the bathroom or in if the door was properly closed. On stripping of the beds as requested by the cleaning company notes left in the chalet, my daughter was quite upset to discover a dodgy looking yellow stain on the mattress protector under the bottom sheet and also on the pillows. 「The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Devil's Bridge and the surrounding area. We visited the Elan Valley dams and reservoirs, the Silver Mountain and Aberystwyth.
The Hotel looks stunning from the outside and inside. A lot of care has gone into every detail of the hotel.
Our room was on the top floor. It was very cool and quirky, just a little bit musty smelling. (We couldn't open the windows without a load of bugs flying in so had to keep them closed unfortunately.)
