「The lady at the front desk was very nice & helpful when we checked in. The hair dryer did not work, & the lady that was behind the front desk in the morning was too busy to help us with getting a new hair dryer. The shower valve was hard to operate & almost falling off. Also, the a/c unit was so noisy that we were not able to use it!! We will not stay at this hotel ever again!! On a good note, the musician in the restaurant was very good & enjoyable!」
