「Cute little one bedroom. Check in person was very curt. The maintenance person was more helpful to us.」

「We had a hard time checking in. The code they gave us did not work. We contacted them and they gave us a different code….that also didn’t work. The cleaning staff was there and saw that we were having trouble, so they helped us contact the property manager, which was very nice of them as they didn’t have to. After 30 minutes of trying to get in our room while trying to not piss my pants, I was finally given an “emergency code” that let us in the room. Between that bad check in experience, and...

「We got upgraded to a beautiful 2 bedroom loft suite and it’s superb!! The baristas at lil James were amazing!! Highly recommend and will stay again!!」

「We were up all night because the room smelled of paint. The building was undergoing renovations. To combat the smell, we kept all the windows open. Unfortunately, we couldn’t reach customer service because it’s automated, and you never speak to a real person. It was the worst experience. I’ve switched to the Heritage hotel, but I can’t say it’s any better. In fact, it’s probably worse. There’s construction scaffolding, and it’s incredibly loud. I’m disappointed with Marriott.」

「The place is wonderful, we had a great time, spotless, well equipped. We park our car for the weekend and walk to all the attractions and restaurants. Walking noise from the apartment above is the one and only thing that keeps it from being perfect. We felt safe walking back to it from our night time ghost tour. Overall a great stay.」

「The reason I gave low stars is because it’s so far out from everything which is fine but I went during winter months and everything at there resort was closed. No bar, no restaurant, why? Just because it’s winter doesn’t mean people stop eating and drinking. I went for work and only stayed 2 nights and it wasn’t a big deal but as I said it’s not exactly convenient to restaurants n such so I ended up ordering takeout. It was a very nice condo though. Perhaps it would be great in the summer 」
