"Absolutely beautiful hotel. The staff were exttremely helpful and kind. The grounds tk the hotel was absolutely stunning and staff really made this stay special for my wife's birthday. When we arrived they were kind in upgrading us. The food here was excellent, in particular the roast on Sunday. The spa was also excellent, it was very quiet most of the time and it has a great pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna, all of which are included in the price of the room. We had an amazing stay and will come back. Thank you, everyone for a great stay."

"i went there to relax paid soo much money to have awful experience couldn’t sleep all night sooo much noise and outside too many drunk people making noise 2 o clock i went downstairs and ask the staff he said he can only offer me earplugs he can’t do anything much about it .wake up and complain again this not a good hotel if you want to relax it’s like you pay for worse experience ."

"The room was very comfortable and location was great. The front desk person who checked us in was very nice. The bed was comfortable and I slept like a baby. We didn't try the pub next door but I'm sure it was great. The only complaint is that the bathroom grout had some mildew and should be cleaned a bit better to make it look cleaner. Otherwise great value and location. I'd definitely stay there again."

"Lovely room, great views of the park, room was clean. However, staff even though not terrible, are not attentive. Quite a lot staff at bar/restaurant but took a while to serve, on a couple of times had to go up to bar. The only time they came over quick us to clear away glasses, plates etc this was not long after taking last mouthful. Might stay again, but will go out rather than go up to bar/restaurant area, which is a shame as lovely views."
