「Phil at the front deak was fabulous when it was discovered that Expedia had cancelled my reservation unbeknownst to me. No email letting me know that had happened. I still had it in my app but in the hotel’s system it was marked as canceled. Luckily Phil was able to make it all work. Rooms were clean. Continental breakfast was decent.」

「Our room had 2 beds - one bed was in a separate room. The room was clean, had a mini fridge but no coffee maker or microwave. The bathroom was large & clean. The AC was a little noisy & took awhile to cool the room. If you like to sleep in, bring eye masks. The curtains are not black out, so the sun shines in early in the morning. The hotel has a nice outdoor pool and shares the hot tub with the hotel next door. It has its own beachfront, but bring your own chairs & beach towels. There...

「We had a very nice 3 night stay at Ciliegia Villa. Check-in was very easy, the room was comfortable and clean and had an excellent view of the vineyards and orchards. The staff were very friendly, responsive and accommodating. We experienced car problems during our stay which required us to stay an extra night. We only needed to make 1 call and arrangements were made to accommodate our extra nights stay for which we were very appreciative.」
