"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Common areas of the hotel were well kept and clean. Felt safe and lots of staff in lobby to help as needed. Appreciated the small cafe for weekend, when most of downtown was quiet/closed. Close to riverwalk which was clean and had many bikers/runners. Bathroom in the room was in good shape, great shower. Towels could use a bit more substance/refresh. Furnishings in the room itself were showing wear and some surfaces could use a good clean (welcomed to my room with a handprint smear on the door, so not the best first impression). Overall, felt safe and reasonably clean for a few nights stay! If staying for a conference in this area again, likely would chose this location."

"There’s a Starbucks on the property but it’s not like the corporate Starbucks. They made me a Chai tea latte with oat milk, and it was “burnt”. The base mix they also used came from a jug - not the Starbucks base. Tasted awful, I had to throw it out I couldn’t drink it. The hotel was clean, hot tub is the kind that shoots water up at the edges. The room attendant did a great job, we were there 2 nights. Breakfast buffet was just ok."

"Great neighborhood, walkable to the Grand Casino Arena (5 minutes) with a park just across the street. Friendly and accommodating staff, valet parking. Beds were very comfortable. We had too short a stay to fully enjoy the property, but long enough to know we will stay there again."

"We’ve stayed here several times the staff at the front desk is always very nice. Very helpful willing to do above and beyond for you. The rooms are compact clean have everything you need. It’s in a good area usually has great available parking. We will stay every time we go to Minneapolis."

"The staff were really friendly. My room was nice and clean with the towels having this refreshing scent. I wasn’t crazy about the shower handle. The breakfast included was so so. I was hoping for a waffle maker. I like that the hotel includes free parking. Overall 4 stars."
