「Absolutely 11/10, cannot recommend more highly! Just perfect! Every single thing!」

「The inn is very charming on the outside and the grounds were very pretty in the fall. The inside is starting to look a bit run down. Our room was very small and also in need of a refresh. I expect more from a room when I’m paying $450 a night. The food was just ok. The decorations for Halloween, specifically the carved pumpkins were impressive. Overall I was a bit disappointed and I think it is way overpriced for what you are getting.」

「Clean and nicely appointed」

「I made these reservations at the last minute - and didn't even realize it was a Bed and Breakfast. I reserved Blue Bell - because it had a King bed. The room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. The Owners have gone out of their way to make guests feel comfortable and they are super-friendly. Breakfast was delicious. I highly recccomend this property if your travels bring you to the area.」

「The property is located very close to the Performing Arts Center. I would not recommend walking to a performance, but it is less than a mile from the venue entrance. The hostess is lovely and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious! We had a comfortable stay.」

「Staff is very nice and helpful. The room was neat. We are at the Ledges for the third time and definitely will be back.」
