This hotel was lovely. The setting is gorgeous, the dining room overlooking the pool area is a nice feature. Our room was beautiful and very well kept daily. It was stocked with everything we needed, even bathrobes. The staff was friendly and helpful, the bar was nice, but not used very often. I felt bad for the bartender at times. The morning breakfast was good, and a variety of things so you didn’t have to have the same each day. The pool was kept clean but quite cold for swimming. The same for the private plunge pool on our private deck (gorgeous) but very cold. This location is easy walking distance to the main town area for a wide selection of restaurants, cafes and shopping for gifts, etc. Right across the street from 2 fabulous grocery stores. The beach is about 4 kms, so 1/2 hr walk or you can get a cab, rent a scooter. I loved the area and would recommend it for couples or families with older kids.

Room was clean but the bed mattress was very firm with no give to it. Nice roof top had 4 small pools,nice place to see the skyline and get some breeze. Pool downstairs nice to sit around in the evening for a drink.

Great location. Easy to walk to town for food and many placea to eat close buy. We had a car so goingnyo beaches and the park was easy but you can rent scootera or bikes to get around

Room was in good condition. Common areas, especially the chairs by the pool, and on the rooftop need to be cleaned and maintained daily. Staff at breakfast was not attentive or helpful. One day I waited nearly 30 mins before being acknowledged and then another 15 mins before the waiter took my order. Restaurant was rarely open outside of breakfast and there were not many other food options nearby.

Das Hotel ist wunderschön. Der Garten, die Villen sind ein Traum. Die Zimmer sind groß. Wie fast überall in Tulum hatten wir auch hier ein Schimmelproblem. Die Mitarbeiter sind leider super unfreundlich. Wir mussten uns fast jeden Tag für eine halbe Stunde anstellen um einen Tisch für das Frühstücken zu bekommen. Aber die Mitarbeiter sind mega gestresst. Was den Aufenthalt in so einer schönen Unterkunft stört. Der Pool müsste auch dringend erneuert werden!

Great little hotel right near the two main Tulum roads with parking availability in front and on the street. During our 9 day stay we felt safe and well treated. Our room and facilities were clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The courtyard nature, pool and bar were lovely. Great place to enjoy a cigar and relax. Thank you Prana, we hope to see you again soon!!

The hotel was stunning, the room was clean and neat. All the extras in the room were great! All the windows let all the natural light in, the patio with the tub was an upgrade I didn’t expect. The jets didn’t work but it didn’t spend much time in there anyway.

On arrival we were put in a queen room, should have been executive king - was moved next day to room we paid for. Breakfasts were not "made to order". Fixed menu, absolutely no substitutions, food was inconsistent & not great. Coffe & juice were really watered down. Most days couldn't even tell what the juice was. 3 days in row the small sweet breakfast rolls were rock hard.

Overall very good! Walkable, affordable, and clean. Complimentary breakfast included was nothing fancy but exactly what you need to get on with your day. They included daily coffee, tea, and a small fruit plate along with your choice of main which included your typical omelette, toast, chilaquiles etc. The room (2 double beds) was spacious and clean and the property lobby and pathways had lots of lush beautiful greeneries which gave wonderful tropical vibes. Staff were very helpful and friendly with any questions we had. We really appreciated the early check-in and luggage storage service as well. Now some negatives but NOT deal breakers in my book — 1. The water temperature and pressure in the shower could use improvement, 2. The pool could be better maintained, 3. Not the most quiet if you are noise sensitive. We stayed in the first floor and felt we could hear people talking in the adjacent rooms and halls, doors slamming, chairs dragging upstairs pretty well. It didn’t bug us too much though, just something to note. 5. Though it is just a quick 10 minute walk to the main Tulum Centro area, it is dark and not well lit at night. We felt pretty safe in the area and locals seemed lovely but just use caution and your best judgement especially if you are women. Overall a great stay and would recommend it!
