Great little hotel right near the two main Tulum roads with parking availability in front and on the street. During our 9 day stay we felt safe and well treated. Our room and facilities were clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The courtyard nature, pool and bar were lovely. Great place to enjoy a cigar and relax. The rooms have high ceiling, showers are amazing, it’s a quiet peaceful hotel, it has peaceful jungle ambiance. It has pools on main level and on top floor. Rooms are spacious with a balcony. Hotel has parking and is located in close proximity to two major grocery stores and a lot of restaurants. Highly recommended

The luxury 2 queen room was so surprisingly extra spacious with its uber high ceilings, and no unit was on top of us on the ground floor. The grounds are immaculate, and the rooftop garden was surprising. The free breakfast was great as well - were pleasantly surprised there was a free made to order entree and not just buffet style.
