The room was clean but overnight small bugs were all over the kitchen counter. It was disappointing to learn that there is no "free beach shuttle" as advertised in the amenities section. Administration said they would rectify the listing. Security people at the front desk were very informative about transportation options. We learned of newer cheaper options. External appearance and vegetation is very well kept. Common area cleaning staff were at work silently at 7:30am, the grounds looked great. 5 star on this topic.

The property was great and many pools to choose from there is no paved street so it’s a little bit bumpy to get there, but luckily it’s not so far from the main road Kukulkan.

The staff were great, they were very accommodating for our needs. We have a child in a wheelchair and her accessibility needs are where we had issues. I chose this condo because it has an elevator, pretty rare in Tulum. The interior doors are not wide enough for the wheelchair to go into the bedrooms or bathrooms. Fortunately the bedrooms have exterior doors we could use. My daughter had to go outside to go to the living area and/or her bedroom. My son's waller fit through the interior doors so we would balance my daughter an the small seat and wheel her into the bathroom for a shower. The shower is pretty narrow and we bought a plastic chair so she could sit to bathe. But the shower door swung inwards and we were unable to close it to bathe her so it was a bit of a wet mess. The last thing to mention is the pools, there is no lift to get in the pool and no handrails into it so my sons with cerebral palsy and use a walker were scared to get into the pool without complete support down the steps. Yes, these issues impact a small portion of tourists but I am finding that NO ONE gives any information relevant for our use and I am trying to change that. Would I stay here again? If it was just me , yes. Not with the kids though.

The property was beautiful, but like other reviews mentioned the room was not cleaned thoroughly but we managed. The first night one of the showers was not draining, however maintenance fixed it quickly & we didnt have any issues with it the rest of our stay. There is another building being built next door so it was noisy and dusty. The roads going to the property are also extremely rough. They seemed to be working on that while we were there though!! It is located just a few minutes drive to the beach area and downtown. We rented a car so had no issues getting around, if you dont get a car you will definately want to rent a bike, moped, or atv! There are tons of options around for that!

Loved the property and the condo. It was very clean, stocked with essentials, and had multiple pools. The rooftop restaurant was nice and food was awesome. They do have assigned underground parking.Only downfall is finding it and the streets are horrible. We received our checkin email the day of but was able to checkin a hour early. If your not fluent in Spanish definitely have a translator app available because majority of staff speaks Spanish but everyone was very nice.

This is a newer property, so the facilities are actually pretty great. The pools, the gym, etc. are in great condition. The upstairs restaurant is also convenient since there is nothing walkable from the property. There are taxis out front all the time that can take you where you need to go. We had a 3 bdrm penthouse with a private pool. The pool was unusable the whole trip because there was never any way to clean it and it would get dirty very quickly. There was also no soap, shampoo or towels in one bathroom, and no cups or anything that would make it convenient. Definitely felt like a room that was just always rented out...but it was still a great place to stay!

Quiet and peaceful setting with lush gardens. It’s modern and beautiful in design and decor Loved everything at this property. We stayed in a loft suite. Loved it Staff is friendly and your located in between the ocean and el centro.

This property was way beyond what I hoped it to be. Knowing the fact that they are a new hostel and they’ve only been open since July, they definitely out did themselves with the cleanliness and the luxury jungle vibe. There’s no doubt that I would stay here again and also recommend others to the place. Loved literally EVERYTHING about it

This Property is absolutely worth the price. Make sure you got your own mobility cause the location is not the best. Some Rooms are very good and some Rooms are OK, do you gotts be lucky with this. I recommend to Book a bigger one.

Arriving here it seemed like a nice clean place. I enjoyed the rooftop food and pools. However, they did not provide housekeeping and when asked for toilet paper they mentioned they did not offer that either. We had to buy basic necessities such as toilet paper, napkins and plastic bags.
