Disappointing
The apartment itself was nice. However, the reason we booked this particular apartment was because it advertised a hot tub. When we arrived we found the hot tub with no water and full of dirt, leaves, and bugs. I contacted Vacasa and they said they were looking into resolving the issue. The day went by and no resolution. The next day I contacted them again and they said they are working on it. The third day went by and still no resolution. We decided to leave a day earlier than we planned because we were not happy with our stay. The apartment was clean for the most part but it seemed as though it had been vacant for a while and have spider webs and a lot of dust. The rug in the living room looked as though it hadn’t been vacuumed in a while as it was dirty with dead bugs and dust. The common pool was also dirty with algae and an old bandage floating around. I usually only write positive reviews but we were so disappointed with this place. I do want to mention the staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful.
