「The cabin was beautifully decorated. The hostess provided eggs, sausage, English muffins, orange juice and champagne for mimosas! The kitchen was stocked with staples and ready for guests! The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom also fully stocked and beautiful! I highly recommend this property! Very peaceful and quiet yet located close enough to state park and restaurants in Canyon! 」

「Thank you Becky for a beautiful stay near Palo Duro Canyon. Your home was even better than described. The amenities were over the top down to the freshly ground coffee, drinks and snacks. We especially enjoyed the view and spent time on the porch each evening. Exactly what we were looking for and more.」

「The location was top tier Texas farm living. The horses, donkeys and dogs were all friendly. The Chief caboose was just like the pictures. The sunset, moon and stars were simply amazing. The host was accommodating and gave a great alternate route back to Dallas that was much better than the major highways. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a unique stay. 」

「No one was there to check us in. The room was filthy, the toilet ran constantly, the water was brown, we found ants and gnats in the room. We tried to over look the conditions because we were very tired from a day on the road but we had to leave when we found bed bugs. To make things worse the manager did not answer my any of calls. We had to rent another room for the night. The Budget Inn down the road is a much better choice. 」
