The rooms are completely private, the only shared area is the breakfast dinner area and around the pool. I highly recommend renting there bikes and riding to local attractions. The most epic place you’ll ride a bike. "

"Lily is an amazing host who runs her homestay seemlessly. She is also very knowledgeable and was helpful with providing us great suggestions in how to explore Ninh Binh. Our room and bed was comfortable which gave us good night's rest. Breakfast was also tasty and was served generously. "My family and I stayed 4 days, throughout the entire stay the staff was extremely hospitable! The whole experience was amazing and the scenery was breathtaking! The hotel was in a great location, it was just about 10 mins outside of the city but with a grab or moped easily accessible. I recommend this place 100% for your stay in Ninh Bihn! I loved everything about this stay!"
