"The staff was great, the on site restaurant has good food, and the room is spacious. The shower and bathtub were very large because it used to be a “Love Hotel” but now is marketed for families. "Wifi was unusable, blackout curtains let light right into my face as there was a street light directly outside of the bedroom. Check-in was not on-site and I had to go to a different location to check in. Scan of my residence card was required even though residents are not required by law to present ID. The toilet was very nice, the shower was not. Water pressure was terrible. I didn't realize this place was in the heart of soapland. Stay at a different Mr. Kinjo. "

"A small hotel in a sketchy part of town. Rooms are modern and attractive but a very poor design. Toilet/bath and bed are all in one room, separated by a clear glass wall. The only way to get privacy is to close THREE blinds, and from the outside (bed side), leaving no way to enter the bathroom. "We liked our stay so much the first time (July 2023), we stayed there again (July 2025). All staff personnel are friendly, courteous and so helpful!! The rooms we’ve stayed in were always clean and turn down service (fresh towels, trash removed and beds made) was excellent. Our favorite part of the stay was the breakfast - absolutely delicious!!
