「I booked for one night stay and from unforeseen events had to stay a second night. Upon entering the building there was a strong perfumey odor, pleasant, but a little strong which I questioned to my self, what are they hiding. I was pleased to find nothing but good. Second night was pretty much the same but the room was on second floor and hinted of stale smoke. Not strong but to some it could be. I would stay again !」

「Liked the room. But really need to be able to adjust brightness on giant TV, Probably need to upgrade pillows. It was good enough for us after 2 very long days.」

「早朝6時半発の飛行機のために宿泊しました。チェックイン時に空港シャトルを予約しましたが、4時発でいいかなと言うと早い方がいいと3時半に予約しました。シャトル自体は会社が目の前ですが周辺ホテルでピックアップして会社で混載されて空港に向かったので早めの方が確かに良かったです。空港自体も長蛇の列でサブの検査場に初めていきました。 ホテルは普通のラキンタインで、朝食は4時からです。夕食は左右にピザハットとボブエバンズがあり　徒歩で食べに来ていました。冷蔵庫と電子レンジがあり便利でした。」

「The parking was confusing at first, and the men who work at the casino wasn't helpful. Otherwise everything was excellent.」

「Great spot for a quick stay」

「It was my 3rd time to visit to Pittsburgh. I live in Japan, so don't know detail of this city, I stayed this hotel to see the Pittsburgh Pirates' game. It was little bit far from hotel to PNC Park, home of the Pirates. But hotel staff, room condition and breakfast were good. If I visit to Pittsburgh again, I may stay here. 」

「We were happy about the cleanliness of the room and pleasantness of the staff, however, people going there should know when it's under renovations. It's just an unpleasant surprise when you arrive. AND to top everything off, Expedia had a Kind Bed room available, but when we got there, there was only a room with 2 Queen Beds available. Not something you CAN'T live with, BUT it's one of those details that leaves you feeling misinformed and cheated. 」

「早朝のフライトで帰国するために利用しました。24時間運行しているシャトルバスのおかげで予定通りに空港に着くことができ、大変ありがたかったです。チェックイン・チェックアウトがアプリ内でできるところも便利でした。 一泊だけでしたが、部屋もきれいでとても良いホテルでした。」

「クラシカルな感じのホテルでしたが、インテリアがお洒落で居心地が良かったです。 電子レンジ、電気ポット、コーヒーメーカーもあり、徒歩圏内のスーパーで買い物した軽食を食べるのに便利でした。 また、ホテルの前に教会があり、少し遠い店に食事に行ったり、近所を散策して戻る際にはランドマークになり助かりました。 」

「First of all, I have to apologize to the hotel. I forgot to leave a tip in the room. The roomkeeper did a perfect job. I didn't leave a tip because I was dissatisfied with the roomkeeper's work, I just forgot. The room was very clean. The bathroom was perfect except for some rust in the bathtub. The breakfast was amazing. The pineapple was juicy and delicious.」

「We only received housekeeping for 1 day of a 5 night stay. And.i had to ask for that. They do housekeeping every other day per the assistant manager andmsigns.on the bathroom mirror. I spoke with the assistant manager before we left and she stated she would contact expedia and we would get a refund for one night. She contacted expedia and did what she was supposed to do but Expedia has dropped the ball saying a refund has been issued when it has not. The lack of housekeeping issue is why I...
