"An abbreviated review, but as one who appreciates natural beauty, great dining, privacy, exceptional service providers, emotionally overwhelming tranquility, and comfort, sights, and picturesque opportunities, Jade Mountain exceeded everything I could have asked from this experience. I went All inclusive in August 26, and few sprinkles fell bringing our pool to life, and the sun followed every day allowing for ample sun bathing, and snorkeling opportunity"

"Our stay at this place was a very heartwarming experience. It felt like home. First off photos don’t do justice because it’s amazing once you get there. The beach right in front. The food at coconut was amazing , our driver , the bartender and all the staff they were amazing they treated us like family. Collin the manager takes his time to present himself and have a chat and help with anything necessary. I loved this place I will recommend it."

"My husband and I really enjoyed our time at the hotel! It was the perfect place to celebrate my birthday. My biggest complaint is we were never told about the additional lunch options at Project Chocolat. We learned about it on our last day because we took the chocolate making class. The lunch menu at the hotel is pretty small so once we learned we had more options just up the road we were slightly annoyed by that. I think front desk reception should make it known to guest when they check in because when we spoke to the staff at project chocolat lunch area they said we’re not the first guest to say they didn’t know about the food options there! Lastly, We loveddd the sunset cruise!! Captain Jungle was amazing! However for the price of the cruise it would be nice to offer fruits or something a bit more edible than plantain chips!"

"The property was gorgeous. Set amongst lush greenery, blue skies, and the pitons makes it a dream getaway. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. It’s almost like they anticipate your needs. They are always willing to help and go the extra mile, truly remarkable and a staff to be honored. Ray, the head gardener, gave the best, most fun, and interactive garden tour. All the ladies at reception went above and beyond my requests (I am bad with names but they were all incredible especially Minnet - I hope I spelt that right). Literally every staff member from the restaurant staff to the welcome staff and especially to my butlers and housekeepers. The food on the resort was excellent. It was the best birthday trip, especially receiving an upgraded room. That was exactly what I needed. I highly recommend this resort. My only warning would be, if you do not enjoy the outdoors with tiny bugs and moths and birds be very particular with the room that you decide to book. Overall, this place is worth it! I will 100% be back!"

The included spa services truly gave us the ability to detox and unwind. The place is active if you want to be active or relaxed if you want take it easy. We can't wait to go back, just like half the people there."
