My husband and I loved staying here!! Anytime we come back to St Lucia we will stay there. Staff does an excellent job with their hospitality. We loved having the option to take the shuttle to town, the beach, and the street party. Only downside is that the buffet didn’t have much variety and the lunch menu also has the same problem but the food is really good so it made up for it!!

First and foremost, the staff was amazing. The resort, although a little outdated, provided a wonderful getaway. The resort does not have beach access, but you have a clear view of the ocean from the resort. Daily meals were hot and delicious with a wide variety of items to choose from. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. The food was amazing with plenty of delicious options, and every meal felt like a treat. The views were simply breathtaking, waking up to that scenery each day made the experience even more special. Food was perfect. Healthy choices plus unhealthy choices for everyone . Perfect view ,very close to airport. Tight security so feels so safe. Staff were super friendly , every single staff member was so friendly and we enjoyed every day . Entertainment was really nice . The General Manager was very friendly and greeted us . Drinks on arrival. Check in was the best ever , super fast and comfortable. Sitting while checking into rooms and sipping on some St Lucia punch. Never had that experience before . This is certainly my favorite out of 4 other hotels we have been to. Gym is well equipped .

We had an amazing stay at the Bel Jou Hotel in St. Lucia. The staff and residents are all a delight and very fun to get to know. We were so sad to have to go home! The food is fantastic and there really is nothing that the food staff or otherwise won't do to make sure you have a great stay. They are constantly changing the menu up and keeping it fun. During our stay, we had the best massage of our lives thanks to Lala, we lounged by 1 of 2 pools every day, were able to plan excursions directly from the hotel and enjoyed rousing ping pong and badminton games each day with other residents and the hotel's entertainment coordinator, the unforgettable Japhree. We loved The Bel Jou and St. Lucia and we really can't say enough about the level of hospitality, fun and respect you will receive if you plan your vacation here! Highly recommend!

Rooms were clean, food was good, but staff could be friendlier. Night entertainment was good but at times, incredibly loud-which was surprising since the clientele is older. Some great views of the island from the higher floors. Shuttle service needs to be reserved at the front desk, just a heads up bc they didn’t tell us.
