"I booked the room and paid in the app, I later realized that when I checked in my card was charged again. The guy at the desk asked for a $40 cash deposit, when I refused and asked for a refund and I would just stay else where he waived the deposit but made threats that he would charge my card for any damages. Barely any hot water for showers. There was a door to an adjoining room that was stuck in the open position. Nothing about our stay felt safe. When I told the guy at the desk he charged me again for the same room he laughed and shook his head yes. "

"We really enjoyed the accommodations. Had a great time. Great for watching sports and having family together. Lots to do with the pool table and the video games etc. Would like to return and stay again when the lake is full."
