「I traveled to the Tri-Cities to play in a tennis tournament. The casita was clean, convenient, and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and the rental price was significantly less than that of a hotel stay. I also enjoyed being able to take advantage of a nicely appointed kitchen to fix a few meals and have quiet cup of coffee to start the day.」

Property was well stocked with everything you could ask for - I’ve stayed at well over 2 dozen VRBO’s and Jim really goes out of his way to make sure you will have everything you need. Spices, coffee, tons of towels, cleaning supplies, nice wine glasses, pamphlets about all of the local wineries and attractions, great WiFi and TV’s, great views, and just a few miles from Benton City. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.」
