Il check in automatico era fuori servizio e ci siamo trovati alle 23 con altri ospiti, senza stanza. Ovviamente il personale è stato rapido nel risolvere ma ho visto una distribuzione delle camere totalmente a caso, senza fornire nessuna informazione. La stanza prenotata (vista montagna) non aveva assolutamente la vista e quindi in caso non vale la pena...
"Property is excellent easy to find. Staff very friendly and offered suggestions on dining, what to see in the center of town, arranged for transportation to city center. Night staff also very friendly. Breakfast was excellent offered a good variety of breakfast options.

"We had an amazing stay at the X Alp hotel. The property is very charming with beautiful views of the mountains, great breakfast and access to spa. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Wish we could stay there longer. Never got a chance to try the 4u bistro but the menu looked great. "

It is a perfect place to stay after hiking, there are sauna and jacuzzi for perfect price.
The cafe is quite close from the property.
