「Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Cannot fault anything really. Even when we struggled to find parking, the staff were kind enough to add the underground carpark to our key card!」

「部屋は、受付のある建物とは別棟にあり、バルコニー付きで、周りの山が見渡せて、すがすがしい朝の空気が楽しめました。部屋は清潔に保たれており、スタッフの対応もよく、快適でした。予想はしていましたが、パジャマの用意はありませんでした。文化の違いのなのでこれもよい体験ではありますが、日本人にはパジャマが用意されていると便利だと感じます。トレント市街からは少し離れていますので、環境は非常によいのですが、移動には車があった方が便利です。レンタカーを借りてドロミテを回ろうという人にはよいかも知れません。私たちは、トレント市街まで歩いて行きましたが、1時間程度の散歩で、これもまた楽しい思い出です。」

「できたばかりのきれいなホテル。ちょっと町から離れているが15分もかからず　タクシーでも１０００円はかからない。きれいでハイテクなホテル。朝食もよく、いくなら今のうちです。トレントは1日で全部回れますが、イタリアらしく安全できれいで歴史の町です」

「Sapere che in questi ambienti ci sono passati personaggi storici importanti catapulta la testa ad immaginare la vita e lo sfarzo che si viveva all’epoca. Tutti gli ambienti hanno il fascino passato. La pulizia é più che ottima soprattutto nelle camere. Unico neo l’arredamento delle camere un po’ datato. Receptioisti, personale delle colazioni e delle pulizie molto disponibili e gentilie.
