「This is an exceptional place to stay. The family is very friendly and welcoming, the breakfasts are delicious and excellent quality. The room is well appointed and quiet. We were really well looked after during our visit and we hope to return before too long.」

Katherine is a very busy mother and wife and both are lovely inviting people the farmhouse is very clean the rooms are very spacious and clean nothing seems to much to ask the breakfast is superb plenty of choice.

「Jenny was a wonderful host. Hot individual selected breakfast items freshly cooked. Delicious and lots of choices. I loved the eggs with smoked salmon. Room was lovely. Historic old Benedictine abbey modernized. Lanivet Inn walkable and recommend it for dinner. Would stay at Abbey again if visiting Cornwall.」

We have stayed many times here and has been constantly first class. Food is excellent and the staff always go out of there way to talk to us and make sure everything is good. 」
「A lovely room in a converted stone building, separate from the main pub. Comfortable king-size bed and a small but adequate bathroom with an excellent rainfall shower. The only snag was the too-heavy duvet; we boiled on the first night! The second night we took the cover off it & slept under that. Good breakfast but we would have preferred to be able to eat at 8.30 instead of 9am.」

Bath tub was not very practical, in fact dangerous to stand in when having a shower. No air conditioning in rooms but this was not critical.」
