"Our host Maurizio, added quite a few extra layers of enjoyment to our stay. A brilliant host who went above and beyond to make our holiday truely memorable! We have invited him to come stay with us when he visits Australia. As for the farm house it’s self, an amazing experience to live like a true Italian. "The legendary beauty of Tuscany is on full display. Rolling hills full of grapevines and olive trees as far as the eye can see. Very remote but also very beautiful. The villa has plenty of charm and space. Small issues due to the age of the place: unstable hot water and heating, awkward kitchen. But these are minor. We were lucky to be there at harvest time and local wineries were a real treat. "

Great restaurant across the road and many other convenience stores in walking distance. Cavriglia is well situated for visiting places and of course wine tasting. "Es ist das letzte Haus an der Straße in dem kleinen Ort, also kein Verkehr, nur Ruhe😌. Das Haus war sauber und ordentlich👍. Wir sind angekommen und haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns sehr gute Empfehlungen von sehenswerten in der Nähe geschickt, welche perfekt auf uns gepasst haben. Es war alles in allem eine sehr schöne Woche. Vielen Dank!!!😁"

"Beautiful property overlooking the rolling hills of the Tuscan countryside. Picturesque setting with gourmet restaurant and a pool. People who work there were very nice and accommodating. We arrived after the front desk closed, so someone stayed a little later to show us around. We had a 2 bedroom apartment, it was spacious and had all modern amenities. This is a working vineyard so we took a wine tour which included the wine cellars, wine tasting and lunch with an amazing view of the vineyards. Our stay exceeded our expectations. Very happy I chose this propery. "

"A Truly Enchanting Stay at Il Borro I recently spent three unforgettable days at Il Borro, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views of the Tuscan countryside. The property is immaculately maintained and offers a perfect balance of luxury and authenticity. We stayed in a spacious villa that offered both comfort and charm—an ideal setting for relaxation. The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming, always going the extra mile to ensure our stay was perfect. One of the highlights was the food. The pizza was some of the best we've ever had, and the overall dining experience was fantastic, especially when paired with Il Borro’s impressive selection of wines. The wine tour was both informative and enjoyable, giving us a deeper appreciation for the estate’s rich winemaking heritage. The spa experience was another standout—peaceful, professional, and just what we needed to unwind. Every aspect of our stay felt carefully curated and indulgent.
