「It was exactly what we wanted. It had a small kitchenette with utensils for making breakfast. Bathroom was big, clean, good strong water flow. The bed was super comfortable and perfect for two. The pullout bed was good as well. Access to the flat was simple.」

「Man muss durch 2 Tore in einem dunklen Flur in n dem provisorische Stützen die Decke stützen und indem die Mülltonnen direkt vor der Tür standen mit Maden etc. Das Apartment selbst war gut nur die Treppe runter ist nur für Geübte. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. 15 min zum Louvre gehen 4 min zur Metro. Würde ich alleine der Lage wegen wieder buchen, aber nicht mehr bezahlen.」

「Beautiful flat, although the five flights of stairs to get there were a lot. I'm told most Paris buildings typically have elevators. Not this one. So that was difficult. Otherwise, it was fine but I would recommend the owners stock the place for appropriate needs. For a place as expensive as this one, it should have dishwasher and laundry soap, at a minimum, and maybe some sugar and espressos. Also, please invest in pillows as those provided cannot be called pillows -- they are flat as pancakes...

「This was the perfect apt for 3 adults. Clean, comfortable, and well located. We loved each having our own space and being a bit removed from the crowds. A nice neighborhood to explore, and only 20ish minutes by cab from anywhere we wanted to go. It was just what we needed for a great trip in Paris!」

「L’appartement est propre et fonctionnel. Les propriétaires sont sympas et souples sur les horaires d’arrivée car avec le train nous arrivions à 22:30 mais cela n’a pas posé de problème. Seule chose à faire attention les escaliers pour monter à la mezzanine ne sont pas fait pour tout le monde. Mais pour nous tout était bien.」

「Pros: You can't beat the location of this property. Great neighborhood with close proximity to restaurants and transportation. And the building has an elevator which is extremely helpful. Cons: The bathroom is extremely small so if you are larger size this might not work for you. And there are very noisy neighbors above in the morning and at night so if you are a light sleeper beware.」
