"Misleading advertisement that showed there was a desk in the room (we reserved 4 rooms). We were on a business trip and the three most expensive rooms we booked - which was pictured with a desk - did not have one. No toiletries provided except for soap. And no room cleaning - apparently you had to request it. Reception lady was so unfriendly and cold."

There are two Westside apartments next to each other and is not clear which the room was in. There is no check in desk and check in was via an email instruction which could have been clearer. "O local é um pouco afastado do centro da cidade, mas há opções de transporte por perto. Fomos muito bem recepcionados, o rapaz que nos atendeu foi super gentil e solícito. O quarto era bem espaçoso, banheiro limpo, cozinha com utensílios básicos, uma pequena geladeira e fogão e um forno microondas que foram super úteis. A única coisa a melhorar seria um ar condicionado ao invés de ventiladores no verão "

"Nice, modern apartment. Just what we needed for our short stay. The best points were the modern features, ease of access (door code given day of arrival), and air conditioning. The apartment stayed a comfortable temperature despite it being 36 degrees outside! There is plenty of space and storage. Much more pleasant than staying in a cramped hotel room.
