「Lovely little hotel with a guest house feel. We had an issue with the shower which was sorted really quickly. The staff very lovely and very attentive. The person who fixed the shower made a point of checking we were happy which was great. I would stay here again 」

「The property was very beautiful and this was a great home base for our week in Edinburgh. It was a bit away from the city center so we did end up taking buses and taxis more than expected. Traffic in front of the house gets quite busy around lunchtime and supper. While housekeeping provided a steady supply of tea packets and granola bars, we did have to venture out for food. I didn’t appreciate the cafe the guest house recommends but thankfully there were a lot of other options within walking...

「Lovely guesthouse in a quiet upscale area of Portabello. 15 min walk to the sea and shops. 10 min bus to the Edinburgh Center 2,20 for the bus. We ubered it at night 9,80. We had a 1dbl/1sgl room 3 adults. Small but cozy. Free parking on site depending on bookings. 」

「昔ながらのエディンバラの住宅を使った、とても素敵な宿です。こじんまりしていますが、おとな2人にとっては、窮屈ではありませんでした。中には中国系の装飾などがあり少し意外でしたが、中国系と思われるご主人は、とても親切なジェントルマンです。荷物を上の階まで運んでくださり、駅までの最短ルートを手際よく調べてくださり、観光バスの乗り方も教えてくださり、色々と助かりました。ご親切に、心から感謝しています。朝食もとても美味しかったです。」

「I think that hotel was good for the price. Pros: Breakfast is a buffet and had a good assortment. There are rooms are clean, good. Five cup of coffee and tea are also available in each room. Bad point: Towels smelled. Also, there were not enough restaurant near the hotel. The hotel is far from the center, so I recommend returning to the hotel after dinner.」
