「A very good apartment. Noisy at night as on a main road with lots of traffic and police sirens. Complicated equipment dishwasher and washing machine. There was no welcome pack to tell you how to operate equipment and facilities available . No explanation about what to do with rubbish. This could easily be rectified by hotel management.」

「Arrived at the Mews and had difficulty finding keys as instructions were not very clear. I had paid extra for a parking permit and no permit was provided in the unit, had to pay again to park car on street as we were warned that they monitor these streets day and night.
We booked this unit as we needed to do some laundry, it lists a washer and dryer in the amenities to find out we only had a washing machine and no dryer. Tried calling the housekeeping number and did not get an answer till 9am...

「The ability to get to restaurants etc in the harbour was poor as very long way down and steep climb up. No smart TVs no Spotify on Alexa and the request to leave apartment clean was unacceptable as would have better service from a hotel and the price paid was high end and expectations were not met.」
