「Very nice place!!!!」

「The view is amazing. The resort is big. The bar and grill with the lights is romantic. I wish the pool was open later. The sound of the ocean is relaxing」

「Excelente desayuno, limpieza.

「Mold smell in room was horrible. No elevator ( still broken) no bar no restaurant. Website deceiving. Do not stay here」

「No hot water in the shower, we went to ask at the front desk and they said that they were having issues with the water heater. We left early one of the days leaving a little bag of trash at the right side of our door so the cleaning service employees can pick it up and the bag stayed there for the entire day. We asked for cleaning service in our room and nobody showed up for the entire day, we were only there for 3 days two night and our experience wasn't good at all.」

「We had a great stay here. Our room was very clean and well air conditioned. We also loved the easy access to the pool area from our room. The pool was very clean as well. The hotel staff was very nice and friendly. We ended up staying an extra night and they were very helpful in extending our reservation. We definitely recommend staying here during your visit to Puerto Rico!」
