"The staff was excellent and very attentive. They showed us the are and helped with finding stores and locations to visit in the area. The room and view was great. The restaurant and bar were nice and we felt entertained staying at the hotel for the evening. The breakfast Buffett in the morning was amazing. "

"Outstanding in every way. The only issue are the stairs: two long floors carrying heavy luggage are not doable for older people, people with mobility problems or just exhausted tourists. We would atill come back to this charming hotel."

"It’s a lovely hotel. Reception was nice and the room very clean with an incredible view out the window of the valley behind. No balcony but a Juliet railing with large opening windows. The breakfast buffet was excellent, self serve with exception of coffee which was served by a very pleasant waiter. Parking is a bit of challenge in a steeply sloped narrow driveway beside the hotel.Take the time to line up the car to go straight through the narrow gate and you’ll be fine. Also very nice sitting area beside the restaurant. "

"A very quaint hotel that used to house the nuns dedicated to Saint Catherine of Siena. Comfortable, cozy, warm and friendly staff and located ideally for exploring the Sanctuary of Saint Catherine of Siena and the Dominican church that holds her relics. "

"Probably the highlight of our 5 week vacation through Europe. We spent 5 wonderful days here relaxing by the pool and enjoying the commanding views. Camilla was a gracious and quick responding host. Would love to come back!"
