「The host and staff were awesome. Really nice sized bed and breakfast in the heart of Franklin. Only stayed for a night in the Baron room but it was so inviting and enjoyable. The breakfast spread was awesome and we really appreciated The host. Just had a great stay and hope to stay for a longer period of time next visit. Highly recommended!」

「We loved that this is a hidden gem in the mountains! The waterfall is mesmerizing! Linda and Mike prepared delicious breakfasts for us using locally sourced ingredients. This is a very peaceful retreat, and I would highly recommend it as a getaway!!」

「We enjoyed our stay. The evening snacks were perfect after our Polar Express train ride and breakfast was delicious the next morning. Every area was clean and welcoming. Getting to see and pet all the animals was a nice bonus. 」

「We stayed here while we were visiting the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad. We arrived in the evening, after check-in time, so they left an envelope at the door with all the information to access our room. Everything was perfect and breakfast on both Saturday and Sunday mornings was amazing. We loved it.」
